Capitalized at $10,00,000; 100,000 shares at $100. Assessments No. 9 through No. 21 on reverse. Black border and print, no vignette. Britton & Rey Lith. 4.25 x 9.25" Soiling on right side. According to a 1894 article in E&MJ (Vol. 57), William E. Sharon, nephew to the infamous Bank of California king, was named superintendent for this company in place of HM Gorham. Both Gorham and Sharon ran many of the Comstock mines in the 1890s.
