A seminary student's study book containing the Old Testament translated from the original Hebrew and the English translation of the Greek New Testament, published in 1845 by J.C. Riker of New York. This book has very unique formatting, with the text printed as a single tight column at the edge of the page and the remaining 4/5 of the page left blank with a ruled pattern for students to annotate the text. The book was owned by A.F. Mason, who left some English annotations in the book as well as an inscription in Hebrew. Hardback, fabric bound, marbled endpapers and edges (both faded). Good condition, with some minor foxing and very light cosmetic wear to cover/spine; see photos.
