Lot of 15. Thirteen pieces are correspondence to Williams in Fallon: Eagle Salt Works, Reno, billhead (1907) and fabulous letterhead (1907); Fred Strassburg Cigars (Reno, 1907); Gray Reid Wright & Co. (Reno, 1907); Reno Mill & Lumber Co. (2x1907, pictorial); Nixon National Bank (Reno, 2x1907); Nevada Engineering Works (Reno, 1906); Nevada Hardware & Supply Co. (Reno, 1906); Nevada State Journal (Reno, 2x1907); Nevada Meat Packing Co. (Reno, 1907); and DeMartini & Lombardi Star Barrel House (Reno, 1907 very poor condition). Plus a memorial card for Williams who died July 10th, 1924. Warren Williams was the founder of Fallon, the Nevada Senator who pushed through making it the county seat, getting the Southern Pacific to build a branch line to Fallon, was one of two major general merchants, and donated much of the land for municipal use.
