2 bonds from Seneca Copper Corporation including one for $500 and the other for $1000. Issued in 1923. Both with a few coupons on the back. The Seneca Copper Mine is near Eagle River, Michigan in the Keweenaw Copper Mining District. The site was first discovered in 1872. The Seneca Mining Co. was dissolved in Oct. 1918, and all it's stock was conveyed to Seneca Copper Corporation (our company). The mine closed in 1924. Nice vignette of miners drilling underground. ABN. Very fine.
