This is a selection from the historic Wigwam collection of Fernley, Nevada in a 16 in. X 20 in. walnut frame. This frame is intriguing because it does not contain projectile points or bi-facials. It contains two tools; one polished bone sharpened to a point, and the other tool is approx. 5 in. long with a bone point fastened with a twine top and bottom. This may be a bead drill. There is an attractive sea shell necklace (in length). There are 12 drilled large beads, 2 drilled nuts or shells, one bone joint incise carved with two grooves and drilled from one end, purpose unknown. The last item is a friction fire starter approx. 12 in in length and the end is charred. See photo for details.
