According to The Larimer County Independent Newspaper of Fort Collins, Colorado, dates c. 1909 and "has unquestionably the best restaurant service in the city of Denver." A famous luncheon spot, after theater supper place, and even afternoon tea. The best of Denver talent furnished an excellent musical program afternoons and evenings.
The beer stein is self-identified on the attached hinged lid with brown lettering on white background. Inside the lid is a bit of tarnishing, while being attached and still functioning as a true hinged lid. Measuring at 6 3/4 inches tall, or about 8 inches tall when you add in the hinge projecting from the lid. Very minor scratching on base with swirl marking within the glass. Barely noticeable infinitesimal external scratches and tan spots, which may possibly come clean. Extremely nice and awesome glass beer stein with a vast Colorado history! Must see great condition in photos or in person if possible.
