Incorporated April 15, 1905 (does not specify where). No. 419 issued May 18, 1906 to Peter Neeson for 1000 shares. Signed by the President, Jno Cook and H.F. Holmshaw, Secretary. Printed by H.S. Crocker & Co., S.F.. U/C. Black ink on crème paper. No vignette. Location of mines, Bullfrog District. This company appears to be the same property as the Bullfrog National Bank, but we are unsure how they are related. They could be two different issues floated for the same property, which would be unethical promoting. The other possibility is that the company was a rip-off of the real National Bank property. John Cook, signing as president, would go on to create his own bank with branches in Goldfield, Beatty, and Rhyolite. He would become a very important financial man in Nevada during the Tonopah / Goldfield rush. State: Nevada City: Goldfield HWAC#: 46790 Date: 1906
