Very rare! #422 i/u Peter Neeson 1906 4000 shares, signed by president. Incorporated April 15, 1905 (does not specify where). Signed by the President, John Cook and H.F. Holmshaw, Secretary. Printed by H.S. Crocker & Co., S.F.. U/C. Black ink on crème paper. No vignette. Location of mines, Bullfrog District. This company appears to be the same property as the Bullfrog National Bank, but we are unsure how they are related. They could be two different issues floated for the same property, which would be unethical promoting. The other possibility is that the company was a rip-off of the real National Bank property. John Cook, signing as president, would go on to create his own bank with branches in Goldfield, Beatty, and Rhyolite. HWAC# 61350 Date: 1906 Location: Bullfrog, Nevada
