Beautiful round silver plate flask. Engraved with Al Malakah Los Angeles at the top, with a simitar and Turkish star hung from the sword between, for a Shriners convention from May 4th thru the 11th 1912. The face exhibits an oasis with sunrise, a camel held by a Shriner with the Pyramids in the background, palm trees arranged at each side of the depiction. All is hand-engraved, beautiful workmanship. Screw-top opening, (2) minor dents in the bottom band. Concave back, unadorned. Made by Van Bergh S.P. Co. measures 3.75" in diameter, approx. 1" wide, 4.6125" overall height.
