Not cancelled. Small vignette of primitive mining operation. 25 cent adhesive revenue stamp attached bottom left with tied cancel. Lith. Britton & Co., San Francisco. Folds, toning to half of certificate (possibly from being stored fold), otherwise very fine. 5.25 x 9.25" Comes with a small envelope with message written in ink stating the company name and number of shares. Located in the District of Zaragoza, Sinaloa, Mexico. The company was involved in a lawsuit against the Mexican government because of the fact that their Mexican miners were routinely pulled away from the mine to serve in the country's national guard.
