Letter from 60 year old James Lucey to Gavitt's Medical Company for some of their "Native Herb" pills. Background on Lucey and Gavitts included. 4) Eureka letter with Rocco-Homestake-Nevada Mining Company. Sent to WM Hamilton of Fish Creek. Historical background information shows a close relationship between Fish Creek, Hamilton, and the mining company. 5) Eureka Registry Bill with a Van Cott postmaster stamp (from New York). 6) 1903 Eureka letter to Honorable Jonathon Hancock.
