1) 1900 Reno cover from C. P. Ferrel. Corner Advertising says Stock, draft and driving horses. Ferrel would become Reno's sheriff in 1904 and hold this position for 16 years - a record 7 times elected. Unbelievable content! Ferrel is telling H. C. Marker of Lovelock he can get him a pair of (what is never mentioned). He has a friend that will send them to Southern Oregon and he will go pick the pair up there as Oregon law "Is very strict on that score." 2) 1900 Golconda cover with a corner advertising of the Golconda Hot Springs. W. H. Corbiere is checking the political climate in Lovelock as he is thinking of running for an office. Golconda and Winnemucca are in his camp! 3) Winnemucca 1904 corner advertising from Winnemucca Poultry Yards. Wants trees will trade for roosters! 4) California Pine Box and Lumber Company 1905 from Loyalton. Billhead is seriously ripped. 5) 1904 Winnemucca Publishing. Subscribe today. 6) First National Bank of Lovelock 1905. Asking H. C. Marker to attend a meeting as a member of the Board of Directors. Stamp has been removed and only the 'OVE' is showing.
