Lot of sixteen. 12.6 oz. coin silver. 1) Six large spoons and four smaller spoons. Marked pure coin and L. Megede & Co.. Louis Megede was born in Prussia and emigrated to the U.S. in the 1840s. His shop, started in the 1850s, was based out of Richmond, MO. 2) One large spoon and five smaller spoons marked R.&W. Wilson, Philada. Robert and William Wilson were active from the 1820s to 1850s in Philadelphia. The company was followed by William Wilson & Son. From the Gordon Harris estate.City: County: State: NVDate:
