Baby in a cradleboard. Baby doll has nicely detailed composition face (sawdust, glue, and other materials such as cornstarch, resin and wood flour). Baby dresses in buckskin and wrapped in cotton blanket. Beautifully made cradleboard with buckskin and beaded, fake fur (wood bottom). A Skookum doll was a Native American themed doll, sold as a souvenir item in the early 20th century. Although considered collectible, they are not authentic Indian dolls, as they were designed and created by a white woman, and quickly mass-produced. City: State: Date: ID# 37401
