A quintet of autograph cuts from leading ladies in both film and television. Lee Meriwether has appeared on stage and in film, playing Catwoman in the 1966 Batman movie. She is best known for playing Betty Jones, Buddy Ebsen's daughter-in-law, in the long-running Barnaby Jones series (1975-1982). After some TV experience, Pleshette (1937-2008) made her film debut in Jerry Lewis' The Geisha Boy (1958), then went on to replace Ann Bancroft as star of Broadway's The Miracle Worker in 1961. She is perhaps best known for her portrayal of Emily Hartley on The Bob Newhart Show (1972-1978). Ellen Burstyn won a Best Actress Oscar for Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore (1974). She earned four other Oscar nominations for The Last Picture Show (1971), The Exorcist (1973), Same Time Next Year (1978) Liv Ullmann's breakthrough role was catatonic actress Elisabeth Vogler in Ingmar Bergman's Persona (1966). She was honored with numerous New York Film Critics Awards during the early '70s; she also earned Oscar nominations for her work in The Emigrants (1971) and Bergman's Face to Face (1976). Mariette Hartley got her start playing opposite Randolph Scott and Joel McCrea in 1962's "Ride the High Country." and later became a hit playing alongside James Garner in Polaroid commercials.
