The company held 14 claims, 275 acres, known as the Miller group, at Miller Springs, 15 miles south of Greenwater, in Death Valley. It consisted of 3 narrow shafts showing good assay values in copper. The 1908 Copper Handbook considered this property as above average of promise for the district.
