Extremely rare. Inc. in Colorado. Low number 5, issued for 10 shares to Willard Teller in March 1886. Signed by Teller on reverse. Signed by president Chas. Adams and the secretary (illegible). Punch and stamp cancelled. Black border and print, fancy title with Colorado state seal vignette. Printed by Collier & Cleaveland, Denver. 4.75 x 9" Pinholes, discoloration on left border. According to Poors Manual of Railroads (1887), the railroad's line extended from a point on the Denver, South Park & Pacific Railroad near London Junction to the London Hill mines, a distance of 7.5 miles. Built by the London, South Park, & Leadville RR Co. with support from Union Pacific. Willard Teller was a pioneer (and distinguished) lawyer in Colorado and brother to HM Teller, Colorado senator and banking figure.
