Cert. #1750, issued for two shares in 1885 and signed by Sam M. Kennard as president. Inc. in Missouri. The Exposition and Music Hall was an indoor exposition hall, Music Hall, and arena in St. Louis from 1883 to 1907. The venue was used for three different presidential conventions and as a venue for the 1904 World's Fair. The entire structure was torn down in 1907, replaced by the St. Louis Central Library. Very ornate certificate is fine shape with a tiny corner missing at top right. Printed by Compton Litho, St. Louis. Uncanceled.
