Lot of three. Good Nevada banking references! 1) Report of the State Bank Examiner, 1908. T.R. Hofer's nine page report includes a foldout table that shows the Condition of the State Banks, Private Banks, and Foreign Banks in the State of Nevada. Ends with his recommendations about banking practices the state needs to adopt. Some toning and tears to cover. 2) Two 1907 letters to J.P. Marshall, State Bank Examiner in Goldfield, Nevada. The Washoe County is asking for a license. The other letter is from Oscar J. Smith, attorney at law in Reno, responding to Marshall's report on the bank's condition.
