Organized in Connecticut. No. 123, issued for 35 shares to Chas. Stinchman in New York in January 21st, 1881. Signed by vice president Goodwin and secretary Coleman. Not cancelled. Operated the True Blue Mine west of Tombstone, Cochise Co., AZ. Certificate was issued just nine months prior to the shooting at the OK Corral. The company is described in detail in the Dec. 7, 1880 The Daily Graphic: An Illustrated Evening Newspaper: they have 8 mines in the Tombstone District, plus two silver and three copper claims in the New Bunker Hill District and five claims in the Turquoise District.
