Cherub photograph vignette titled May Talmage Hays. Incorporated in 1905 in Wyoming. Located at Goldfield, Nevada. Certificate number 382 issued in 1907 to M. D. Shipman. Signed by C. Hays, and J. R. Young. Printed by Out West Co., Colorado Springs. Not cancelled. Nice looking certificate with no real issues. May Talmage Hays was determined to by the first female to fly solo across the Atlantic after Lucky Lindy Lindbergh did it. Hays and Young had a brokerage Company in Goldfield. Hays was also a director of the Nevada-Goldfield Mining Company in 1905. This certificate is often mentioned as being in Colorado, but research by consignor proves it is a Goldfield company. Two pages of historical background on Talmadge.
