Not cancelled. Very attractive design with ornate border and black print, locomotive vignette. Thin paper. 25 cent US IR adhesive stamp at bottom left. Folds, light wear. 5.25 x 10" Van Reed was a real estate agent in San Francisco, and Blood was a professional mining secretary, per Langley, 1864. Chas.
