Lot of 5. 1) Rare stock certificate No. 10354, issued for two shares to DB King on April 4th, 1918 in Fort Worth, Texas. Signed by president JC Vernor and the secretary. Not cancelled. Black border and print, gold seal, and fancy logo. Folds. 2) 1919 letterhead and receipts from the company. The Texas Motor Car Association was started by JC Vernor and his brother in 1917. They built an automobile factory south of Fort Worth. They built the "Texa" automobile, specifically designed for Texas roads and weather. The company ceased operations in 1922.
