Signed by the president, Joseph Leggett and secretary McBride. Not cancelled. Printed by AL Bancroft & Co. Folds, some toning/soiling. Not in Filer or other Holabird indexes. We can find references to an Addie tin mine and camp near Deadwood. An E&MJ July 19th, 1879 article also references the Addie mine at Lead City, now called the St. John Mine.
