Cert. #304, issued at Omaha, Neb. In 1896 to T.A. Brock for 1250 shares. Signed by C.B. Bosturck as secretary and the company pres (ill). Incorporated in Nebraska. The company was owned by Omaha capitalists in 1895 and employed 15 men. The Annie C. was located 5 miles NE of Buena Vista, Colorado. The company was involved in litigation over partial sales of some of their claims in the 4 mile mining district. In 1895, the company was to ship 1000 tons of their dump rock to the Walsh smelter at Silverton. The company had a large body of low grade ore and erected a mill (1900 E.M.J., Vol. 69).
