Three coin "The Liberty Series" struck at the Philadelphia Mint in 1965 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the conception of the Statue of Liberty In a black Capitol Plastics holder, the medals feature: Federal Hall, Statue of Liberty Immigration Museum and Castle Clinton National Monument. They were struck in 90% Silver, limited to 5000 pieces. Each medallion weighs 19.77 grams and are 34 mm in diameter. The sale of the medallions was supervised by the NYC National Shrines Advisory Board.
