Signed by president William Moore and secretary Robert Hall; pen cancelled signatures. Company seal at lower left. Two vignettes at top center show mine and smelting buildings and mountain scenes. Measures 7" x 10 ½." Horizontal fold and a glue stain on the reverse. Very attractive. The company was the collaboration of Francis Everett, Col. William Moore, and Prof. Gregory Board, and consisted of Board's smelting business in Golden and the Murray Mine on Columbian Mountain, Montana Mining District at Lawson in Clear Creek County [ref: History of Clear Creek and Boulder Valleys, Colorado…, pg. 563, 1880; C&L, pg. 156, 393].
