Cert. #39, issued to Miss Dille Miller for 800 shares at Denver in 1912. The company's office was at Buena Vista, Colorado. The company's property was the Gold Texas mine in Tincup district, Gunnison County, about 35 miles from Buena Vista (1924 Mines Handbook). Signed by S.F. Couch as president and H.J. Brown as secretary. The ore was gold-bearing. The company was active at least through the early 1920's and in 1924 an old mill was being remodeled.
