Lot of 4. Includes: Thomas B. Jeffery Company of California (1915 and unissued); Thomas B. Jeffery Co. of Texas (unissued); and Thomas B. Jeffery Company of New York (unissued). The Thomas B. Jeffery Company was an early American automobile manufacturer founded by Thomas B. Jeffery in 1900 and based in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Best known for producing the Rambler automobile, the company was among the first to mass-produce cars using assembly-line methods. After Jeffery's death in 1910, the firm was sold in 1916 to Charles W. Nash, who reorganized it as Nash Motors, continuing its legacy in American automotive history.
