Lot of 3 different from Watkins New Series. 1-2) Two very similar views looking down on Gold Hill from Ophir Grade. Crown Point Ravine Virginia & Truckee Railroad trestle in view in both (built in 1869). 4188 and 4189. Both stamped on the back "Private Library of HC Peterson." Good contrast and focus. One has water damage. The Ophir Grade a road from Gold Hill over the mountains to the Washoe Valley and was used to import lumber from the Sierra forests. 3) 4162. "Gold Hill. V&TRR Bridge." View is lower down than previous two showing the trestle cross Crown Point Ravine. Medium contrast, slightly out of focus.
