1-2) Two Territorial Correspondence between P Child (auditor) and JH Kinkead (treasurer). Relating to payment for various warrants. One signed by Kinkead. He would be Nevada's third Governor from 1879 to 1883 and Alaska's first governor of the newly formed District of Alaska in 1884. 3) 1867 warrant to E Mallory for mileage while serving in the Nevada Assembly. Signed by the Speaker, TV Julien and William Woodbury as Sergeant-at-Arms. Mallory was appointed judge of the newly formed Genoa District in Douglas County in January of 1862 by Territorial Governor Nye. Woodbury was a long time capital attorney and was said to exert a great amount of influence on who ran for office. Julien was the Humboldt Register editor and Humboldt County District Attorney.
