1) 11.5' Consolidated Morning Star Mining Company. Chrome like handle and gold star on base. Incorporated October 7, 1891. 2) 8.5". Parrot Silver and Copper Company. Golden edging. ÓThe ParrotÓ was located on Butte's Southern belt on the Gangon-Parrot lode. The mine was discovered in 1864 by Dennis Leary, George W. Newkirk and the Porter Brothers. It was named after the Hon. R. R. Parrott, a local attorney. By 1889 the Parrot Silver & Copper Company was removing 260 tons of copper/silver ore a day. 3) 10". Alice Gold and Silver Mining Company. Diagonal lines on handle and leaf stroll work on base. The Alice Gold and Silver Mining Company was a gold and silver mining operation in Walkerville, Montana.
