He served as president, treasurer and as a board member of railroads, banks and city government posts. Clark. William Andrews Clark Sr. was an American politician and entrepreneur, involved with mining, banking, and railroads. "The Moulton Mining Co., reincorporated in 1884, is presided over by W. A. Clark. The company's property is west of the Alice, where the celebrated Moulton Mill of forty-stamps stands. #a1811 for 100 shares to William McAvoy in 1895. 3) Niagara Mining and Smelting Company. #876 for 100 shares to Abel Buck in 1890. Bingham, Utah. The company was controlled by a majority of stock held by the U.S. Smelting and Refining and Mining Company. The Company had a lot of potential but was undercapitalized. It was unable to raise the money and was idle for a number of years. It finally filed for bankruptcy.
