Nice set of 3 different banker checks from the Comstock Lode, all dated during Nevada Territorial times. On the Maynard & Flood check, the payee is the Imperial Mng. Company, and the Paxton & Thornburgh check is signed by R.F. Morrow, listed as the superintendant of the Savage Mining Company in the 1864 directory. Maynard has extra folds and wear on the verson and the Paxton check has spindle holes. Revenue stamps on two of the three checks.
