From Hart; an importer of grocers and drugs. 2) Scott number 148 on a cover. Adverting corner for Head Williamson & Co.; Commission Agents. 3) New Orleans to New York to London. Stamped on front and written on back from LF Berje. 1870. Three cent Washington pink on white paper. Perhaps unmarked steamship delivery?
