Early photograph (ferrotype, aka tintype) of two men, one carrying a large black duffel and the other carrying a couple of tools. The man on the left is wearing a Mexican style hat. The tool in his left hand has a round circle handle and would have been heated before use. We can only speculate about these gentlemen. Maybe they were the local handymen in the 1860's.
