Tom Mix Circus and Wild West Show Original Framed Broadside c1935-38 for show in Astoria at Mills Crossing on May 13th. Tom Mix was a Hollywood star and cowboy who made more than 165 cowboy films. He worked at the famous Miller Brothers 101 Ranch and throughout his career he performed in many of the most famous Wild West Shows in the country. This original, framed broadside is for his own circus and Wild West show, which operated from 1935-1938. Mix toured the Country with Tony The Wonder Horse until his circus folded in 1938. Mix died in an unfortunate automobile accident in 1940. Incredible, rare poster with slight creasing from being folded at one time barely visible under plexiglass. 31.5 x 18.5 inches visible under matte. Overall size, including frame is 26 x 37.5 inches. Professionally framed and matted, sealed reverse. Very Rare. [
