Operated until damaged by flooding in 1938 and abandoned in 1940, and rails removed beginning in1942. Pass signed by John Ryan Gen Mgr of Pacific Borax Co and is the namesake of Ryan Calif. which was originally named "Lila C " after the daughter of William Tell Coleman owner of the Lila C borax mine.
