One 50c five 10c New York stock transfer stamps. One 50c, one 2c and two 1c United States stock transfer stamps on reverse. Not cancelled. Discoloration at folds and where stamps were applied. Fair, but quite a nice piece. Daniel Peters was the manager of this plant. Incorporated September 13, 1877. Works are situated in Golden, on the Colorado Central Railroad, at the entrance to Clear Creek canon. The works are constructed of stone and brick and are substantial.
