Pages unnumbered. c.1908. 4" x 7.5" approx. 40 pages. Minor soiling of covers. 2) "Sunny San Luis: A Complete Description of the Great Agricultural Empire, with Illustrations of the Methods of Irrigation." Published under the auspices of the San Luis Valley Association. Also is marked as the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad. Copyright 1889. 49 pages with illustrations, an occasional photograph, and advertisements at the end. Softcover with stapled binding. Small amount of foxing. Covers loose. 3) Pamphlet for the Costilla Estate Development Company's real estate opportunity in the San Luis Valley. c.1911. Land is being sold for $65 per acre. Two page map showing the near-by markets for the products of the Costilla Estate. Black and white photographs of the irrigation and farming projects. 9.5" x 8" when unfolded.
