Adams, president and Wm. E. Moody, secretary. Reverse signed by Williams and Moody. Incorporated March 31st, 1863, and capitalized at $360,000; 1200 shares at $300 per. Partially imperforate Twenty-five cent U.S. revenue stamp on left. Uncancelled. Small vignette of dog with key sitting next to safe on the bottom. Printed by Robbins & Co's Print, 417 Clay Street.
