Rough turquoise - Grade 1.5. Good color. Some spider web. Some with a cut surface. Largest piece about 3" x 2" x 2", smallest about .5" x .5" x .5". Approximate weight 8 pounds. From No. 8 turquoise mine, located in Nevada, often considered one of the top turquoise mines in the world. The turquoise from this mine is mostly composed of a matrix of spider web type with varieties of black to gold brown and color grades of extremely dark blue to light blue.
