1) Number 1611 for 40 shares to FE Lauppe on December 7, 1933. Signed by FJ Guhstall president and EH Gerber. Has stamps on front for an assessment or dividends (1943-1945). Since the company went out of business in 1945, we would assume it is for an assessment. Very nice. 2) Unissued. Both have the iconic buffalo vignette and title. Pristine. Buffalo Brewing Company was founded in 1888 in Sacramento, California by Herman H. Grau. Brewed beer until 1945, when company was dissolved. This was issued at the end of prohibition and the company could start making there famous beers.
