$500 1872 and $1000 1871 bonds signed by Governor Bradley, Treasurer Schooling, and Controller Hobart. Punch cancelled. Green border, black print, and great vignette featuring mining, railroad, and Native American imagery. Lith. Britton & Rey. Approx. 15 x 16" Bradley, Nevada's second governor (1871-1879), was a Democratic rancher and businessman who promoted mining and railroad development while opposing higher taxes.
