This company was incorporated on March 23, 1896 under the laws of Arizona for the purpose of securing and developing gold properties in Alaska. It owns at the present time 471 claims of twenty acres each, comprising over 9,000 acres of gold-bearing gravel estimated to contain according to engineers report over six hundred million dollars in gold; also a number of claims comprising over 2,700,000 square feet of gold bearing quartz on the great mother lode of Alaska, from which originated the wonderful gold placers of the Klondike.
