Signed by president John Tiernan and secretary W. Hall. Pen cancelled in red ink and also cut cancelled. Gilt border and title, black print. 5 x 9.5" 2) Kremlin Mining Company. No. 13, issued for 1,000 shares to Straup on March 9th, 1899. Signed by president George Romney and the secretary. Not cancelled. Black border and print, gold seal, fancy logo with underground mining vignette. Heavy folds, tape repairs, soiling, small tears along edges. 7 x 9.25"
