Scarce style check for the Occidental Mill. Both have RN-C21b revenue imprints. No. 857 is unissued, but does have "Pacific Mill + Mng Co." written in red ink. No. 234 is issued to A.A. Savage for $4. Signed by James G. Fair. March 3, 1873. Cut cancel and light soiling. The Occidental Mill was located on Occidental Grade on the Divide. It was built in 1870 and had 20 stamps.
