Lot of 2 different. 1) Utah Central Railway. Time pass issued in 1888 to SB Calderhead for passage from Ogden to Frisco. Black print on light brown cardstock. Glue residue on reverse. The Utah Central Railway was a Union Pacific subsidiary that ran south from Ogden to Frisco, Utah. It was a merger of the Utah Central Railroad, Utah Southern Railroad, and Utah Southern Railroad Extension. It was subsequently merged with several others in 1889 to form the Oregon Short Line and Utah Northern Railway, which was reorganized as the Oregon Short Line Railroad in 1897. 2) Utah Railway Company. Pass no. 48, issued to Alfred Elton for 1951-52. Signed by the president/general manager. Black and red print on yellow paper with a vignette of a coal car. Inc. in 1912 as the Utah Coal Railway. Founded to haul coal from the company's mines to Provo, Utah. Runs from Grand Junction, Colorado to Provo.
