Wood as president. 4.5" x 8.5" 2) Illustrated draft from the County of Hancock (Kentucky), dated Aug. 14th, 1867 in Hawsbille. Vignette of children with farm animals, a dog, and an allegorical vignette bottom left. Signed by the Presiding Judge of Hancock County Court, W.R. Baker.
