Pay at sight Ray & Brother $4.50 in currency. Signed by Frank Miller, cashier. Folds, one missing corner. 2) No. 9233, Dec. 22nd, 1872. Pay at sight JW Pouton $91.23 in currency. Also signed by Miller as cashier. Some toning. Both are 4 x 8.5" Mills came to California during the Gold Rush with his brothers but made his money in investing in railroads and banks, including this one.
